Welcome to LETZSHINE, a waterless car wash service. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a contract between LETZSHINE (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“the customer”).
2. Service Description
LETZSHINE provides mobile waterless car wash and detailing services at locations specified by the customer. The services offered include but are not limited to exterior and interior cleaning, tyre dressing, and protective coatings. All services will be performed as per the customer’s booking and service selection.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or via phone. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payments. Prices for services are clearly listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. LETZSHINE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the customer.
5. Service Satisfaction
LETZSHINE is committed to delivering high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will take reasonable steps to address any issues, including revisiting the site or offering a partial or full refund, at our discretion.
6. Liability
While LETZSHINE takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or any damage resulting from the misuse of the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove all valuables from the vehicle before the service. LuxShine will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vehicle’s condition and any specific requirements. Access to the vehicle must be arranged at the agreed time and location. Failure to provide access may result in the cancellation of the service and a fee as specified in section 4.
8. Environmental and Safety Considerations
Our waterless products are designed to be environmentally friendly and safe for vehicle surfaces. However, we recommend notifying us of any known sensitivities or concerns related to your vehicle’s materials prior to the service. LETZSHINE complies with all local environmental regulations and safety standards.
9. Privacy Policy
LETZSHINE respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use your information solely for the purpose of providing our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is managed.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

LETZSHINE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website or email. Continued use of our services following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
